What is the standard size BR to play .50/1.00NL Heads up?

Search the web for bankroll management articles.

Basically you want 30-40 max buy ins for the level which means a minimum of 3000.

I suggest you find an article as it'll also outline when you should move up and down in levels.

I follow Ferguson's bankroll guidelines as far as full and short handed games, which is 20 max buy ins. If you have a game that beats the rake, you will never go broke following them strictly.
Heads up play, on the other hand, has more variance ( bigger swings) so I would recommend having 3k min to play .5/1 HU
