this guy played this hand so bad

ok so i got 25 to play on a new site which by the way sucks (cellsino) in about three hours i get up to 200.
so i started to short stake 20 to 40 on (0.50/1 blinds 7 handed) i get to this table first hand pick up kk i go all in after a raise and 3 callers so everyone folds except one who has qq and i double up to 60
few hands later im on the button with 3c 4c i call big blind 3 others in the pot
flop comes js 3s 10c everyone checks utg bets pot i re raise 3 times what he bet he calls turn comes 2 of clubs and he takes another stab at the pot so i due the same thing and he just calls river comes another 3 and he goes all in i call he has As Ks and double up to 120.
he played his had so bad he should raised pre and should of re raised all in on the flop or turn and he would a took the pot down.
how bad did he play his hand, mine was questionable because i thought he had a flush draw
and he did
worst part is how i loose the 120 in an hour at the table went all in after a raise and re raise with AA in sb and i get called guy has kings and hits the set on the turn
