Your entire bankroll is £100? Or is this how much you are willing to put into play at one time because you have a job that can refill your money if you lose it. If you're willing to sit with this at one time and can get more money if you need it then it's not really a bankroll, it's a seed.
Assuming this is your entire bankroll and you don't want to ever rebuy... I'd recommend the 5% rule for NL and PL games and the 300BB rule for limit games. Basically, you should sit down with a maximum of £5 at a NL or PL table and a limit table with a BB of about £0.30.
This limits you to playing online since very few people play live for these amounts. You need to take your time and slowly build your bankroll before moving up. Don't risk too much too fast or you'll risk losing it all.
If you absolutely must play live... you have no bankroll. You have a buy-in -- and not even a big one. You're basically going to be limited to £1/£2 limit or NL (about the smallest live games places spread). I'd be hard pressed to suggest one over the other because you're so short with only 50 big blinds (in hold-em) that you risk going broke at either. You're going to need to get lucky and then have the ability to walk away to preserve your winnings and build a little. And... even if you get very, very lucky and get up to £500 without losing it all... you will still have a very small bankroll for live limits and be just one bad run away from broke.
