Default Iron Man one a day

I played everyday in December, mainly to get the iron man metal bonus. I think there were around 500 players in the free roll. The Christmas pay points were a little odd, but it didn't take all that much effort.

If you have no life, you may be able to pad your roll with something like that as well. I doubt that there are that many people that seriously play every single day.
I could be wron though.
your probably wrong. There are many people out there that at least play a few hands per day.

When I strted play at Full Tillt i decided Im gonna reach gold iron medal status ( 100pointsx 25days). I play .25/.50 4-5 tables and it takes me about 80 min gvery day to do it !!!
Im taling you guys not wort it ! not worth it!!!! Sometimes I had bad day and lost a lot, or I had good day but play too long <lol> and then lost it !!!
Lets do the mats:
600 bonus medals you can turn into 100$
1600 bonus medals you can turn into 300$
average: 1 bonus medal is worth aprox: 0,18$
when you are able to reach iron status its 100-300medals depend on haw lon you play
aprox:200 you can chang free roll for another 100medals
so you erned 300medals its worth about 54 bucks !!

sorry but eaven in my limit its not hard to win more per day

I think its nice idea for people who dont carry too much abot it. When it will hapend (reach any status) its fine i have bonus and thats it!!
If you will be able to make money medal are not important keep focus on your game and play as long as you feel goog in it.
cheers, lumberjack

I started the month going for Iron status, the first 3 days, about 250 points a day, 8 tabling $10 NL for 4 hours or so, I just couldnt do it. I now screwed my self over for about 10 days this month getting about 30-40 points, then going to the casino and missing my opportunity. Now I have 4 days at 100 points for Bronze, lol, I want it!

Next month I will go for Silver or Gold, I am unsure if I will be able to acheive Iron with the small BR I have online.

It is true that playing too long just to get the medels is the wrong thing to do. The program is the icing on the cake that draws one to their site. I'd sugget that if you ar losing money playing 5 tables that you'd do much better playing for a little higher stacks at less tables.

I agree, that the program is aimed at the $2 and above players, but even the small stack guys can grind it out if they have the desire.

I've played in 2 bronze and 1 silver, however i decided not to worry about being in it or not. I look at it this way: why stress over making the pts quota for the month, if i earn them fine if not thats ok 2

Default Ironman One a day Freeroll

IFixlexus,

I played a $ 1.25 9 person SNG everyday during November and December. I made the $ 2000 Freeroll for One a Day players. The $ 2000 freeroll had a little less than 500 people in it each month. The tourneys were fun even though I did not cash in either one.

I just got Gold Status today, 200 points x 20 days, also with the help of happy hour i crested 15k points, which with the Gold medals I will have 300 total (= to 10k points) and here comes my Jersey!

Played 4-6 tables of .5/1 blinds NL for awhile, still too much playing, too hard to focus on all other 40+ people to play as good as I would like.

Now I think that I will be focusing more on playing well and increasing my bankroll now, playing 2 tables, moving up in levels, etc. I should be able to get some Iron Man level, I think Silver should be easy enough.

I have not ever tried this and really don't know what it is. I am not good enough for it I am sure because it sounds hard, but maybe in a few years I might be, I don't know. I might not even do the online thing I like playing with real people it is more fun for me.

i only play the lowest stake tables and play 3 maybe 4 at once , and have had no problems getting 100 points a day , at the moment i already have made silver status , and just 3 days to go before i get gold.
you get 70 medals for gold but if you choose not to enter freeroll get another 70 , if you play every day instead of taking the $2000 freeroll option you can have an extra 15 medals , making it a total of 155 medals for month 1 gold status

Still not sure what to do with medals though , the $100 bonus looks like best option but there is no info on what the requirments are in order to cash out this bonus or how long you get , if anyone knows can they post info plz.

i want the tournament jacket so there is always the option of using 150 medals for 5000 FTP points (works out to be $25 of points) but as getting points for playing anyway this may be a waste of medals.

i would say that the benifits of any iron man status is worth it if you are getting the points anyway as its free money.

well kids, this is your friendly neighborhood poker hustler Green giving you the skinny on the Iron Man program. I tend to play 12, 14, or 16 tables at once depending on my mood. i play 100nl and it takes maybe 25 minutes to get 200points. the perk of doing this is that I make quite a bit of money this way... I have made Iron every month since I started on Full Tilt way back in August. I started with 200 dollars and played 50nl initially and slowly built my roll. I get somewhere between 1100 and 1700 in rakeback every month... so far this year I have generated somewhere around 22K in rake for Full Tilt... pretty sick huh? but anyways, the bonus medals are definitely worth it. I play almost everyday and average about 2k points a day. The bonus medals really help out in getting the free bonuses. I am getting the Laptop in the Full Tilt store in a few days, I am only about 13K points off of it, so its going to take a lot out of my rakeback since ordering things from the Full Tilt Store takes away from your rakeback. So when I order the laptop it is going to take about 1300 dollars of rake away, equivalent to around 350 dollars. So to make up for that I am going to get the 600 dollar bonus which will take another 600 dollars in rake away, equivalent to 160 dollars. So im losing 510 dollars in rakeback for the following month, but gaining 600 dollars in bonus for that month. The medals are definitely worth it, I mean, there would be no point in using the FT points if they weren't. Anyways, if anyone has any serious questions about Full Tilt please contact me. Also, I am trying to get someone to stake me on PokerStars... any takers? we could negotiate, or just swap money between FT and PS.

12-16 tables? you are a nut job! Whats your name there, so I can fold anytime you raise, cause playing 16 tables leaves no room for bluffing, lol.

I have been in the ironman since Feburary, the Medals definitely help out when you have been in it for awhile, I just get the Bonus Medals instead of doing the tourney, you begin to rack up quite a bit after being in the Ironman for a few months in a row.

the medals are worth the time invested i mean when 40 Medals gets your a 26 dollar token .. its worth it to me .. cause when ur bankroll runs out either from losing or a withdraw .. that token sparks it all over again!

I find it amusing that you always have advice mikey. U have two cashes in about 70 tournaments, one for $15 the other for $7, for an roi of -84%.
You also are a prolific loser in sng's with an roi of -46% at (at the $2 level), and on top of all that u are busto. So reload again, and keep the advice to yourself

Received Warning.

It's probably a lot easier to do playing 9 man tables though. I almost always play the 6 handed tables myself. I can do 6 at a time if I want but I feel a lot more comfortable with 4.

I've cut way back on my limits myself, at least for a while. When you have a bad sepll for an extended time playing $100 NL and above it really hurts. Silver is satisfying me for the moment.
