Default Sustainable winrates

I often read a decent winrate would be 4bb/100 or just 1bb/100 is acceptable on high stake limits.

Being predominantly an NL 05/10c player I've had varying success on different sites over probably not enough hands to make a real judgement.

IP network sees a rate of 15.8bb/100 over 12,000+ hands whilst fulltilt shows just 4.1bb/100 over 15600+ hands. The rest are in between somewhere with similar amount of hands.

Is the higher winrate sustainable? Maybe others have higher winrates over longer periods? Perhaps the higher winrate is a sign of running hot?. Would love to hear some thoughts about expected winrates from varying levels.

NB bb = PT big bets

apparently you are just crushing the micros, nice work. At that level, it is possible to just destroy your opponents most days, as long as you play the best poker on the table. If you are running that well over a period of 25k hands or so, you need to consolidate your BR and move up, very similar play, much more money.

Ice Is right.

I do want to say one thing.

I did recently boost my bankroll with a redeposit to get over 1K so I would be at a comfort level. STUPID me had to go and final table at one of the Daily doubles on FTP last night and double cash as well to take over $1,170 for the night from MTTs. So my $600 deposit really means nothing now. Im going to lay low and pull 1K in a week.

BUT as for the BB rate. YOU GOTTA MOVE UP. At the very least move to 10-25c tables. I think that at your rate you should see at least 8XBB-100 hands at the 25-50 level. The play is very similar. The only problem you might find is there are a couple "sharks" that play those levels. Players that are really good but dont have rlls to back them yet. Watch out for the traps they lay and you will be fine. I make about 4XBB-100 at those levels for over 60K hands in the last 3 months. if your roll is over 500-1000 then you can feel safe sitting at 4 tables with 20-25$ at each. As long as you dont differ from the play you used at thew micros.

Apparently a benchmark for midstakes (eg 200NL) is 12BB/100. At micro I imagine it can be a lot higher.

This was the sort of reply I was looking for.

As for people saying move up on the information I've given, I'm not fool enough to believe I didnt have some heaters to give me a good start. I also had sense enough to protect my bankroll when bonuses were cleared and I was clearly on a bit of a downswing, why play through the downswing when it can be +ev moving to another site for bonuses?. I also realise I have plenty of room for improvement eg, my pre flop raise is not high enough for my liking.

Does anybody have any winrate stats for say over 100k hands?

12/100 is very high, midstakes bb/100 5bb is very good over the course of thousands of hands.

12k hands is not a big enough sample to even contemplate what your actual win rate is. I play that many hands in a month and I only play part time.

Check again when you hit 100k hands.
