Disconnections on Ultimate Bet

Alright, so I was just playing on Ultimate Bet, when all of a sudden it sat me out at every table and said, "Insufficient funds to play". This is very strange because I have for more in my account than needed for the stakes I was playing. I also noticed that almost every player at my 8 tables was having the same problems. I imagine it is some sort of error in Ultimate Bet's system, but I am wondering if I will be refunded in any way. Mainly because I had a straight flush at one of the tables, which was instantly folded from their end. Another player had a K high flush at the same time, and his hand was also instantly folded.
Anyone else ever experience this?

I guess I'll just e-mail Ultimate Bet and see what they have to say...

I'd be interested in their reply as I've been considering opening an account there in the near future. Please keep us up to date.

I just got around to e-mailing them, so we'll see what happens. I've never had any problems with the site in the past, so I would still recommend it. But I have never needed to speak with their support either, so we'll see...

They already e-mailed me back within an hour, saying that their was a crash that occurred causing their site to malfunction. Apparently it is still an ongoing investigation, but they said I will be notified and reimbursed of any funds that I lost within the next 48 hours.
