All I want is to go out anywhere else except the bubble... First, last, it doesn't matter to me, but not on the damn bubble again. Played three times, and three times went out third.

Someone better check the username bluetawski on pokernordica. Wouldn't speak, and wouldn't tell me his username on here.

It was a good game, despite my going out 6th. I got the chips in good... but, as always happens when I get in with a dominating hand... I lose. lol

Congrats on taking the whole thing down BUILDMO. Very good game... lucky at the end but good enough to win.

And congratulations to bluetawski -- whoever that is (has to be RiverStars or sniper because I think I know everyone else) for taking second place.

i love it when you make the right plays and it rewards the others

Had position and mid-range suited connectors, so I decided to see the flop in front of the raise.

The only reason I agree with this and ask this person to speak up is because a certain other member has been known to cheat at the PTOTW before... and, as low as I have to stoop to say this... I wouldn't put it beyond that person to play with two accounts.

Now... if that was the case... it certainly didn't look like it. So I doubt it very highly. But it would be comforting to know who blue was.

Yes, I know who you are talking about frob. This is why I kept asking who was he, and why didn't he speak? Even if he didn't have chat on there, why can't he post here to defend himself or herself? Just very fishy why that one person wouldn't speak, and didn't have a username on here.

That's totally cool and understandable man. It was great playing with you. Congrats on taking 2nd.

I hope you don't mind me wondering... it had nothing to do with you.

thanks frob.
It's understandable (I just haven't logged on since signing up for the poker nordica deal on Friday).
I look forward to future games.
buildmo is too good.

Has anyone deposited on Poker Nordica? How much of your bonus did you end up receiving? And, how much, what limits did you play?

I have never deposited on Nordica but I assume it's similar to the normal Merge network method (as Nordica is part of the Merge network). You will need to earn 250 comp points per $1 of bonus you earn. And it releases in something like $10 increments... I am not 100% sure about that but it's my basic understanding.

So if you have a $50 deposit with a 100% bonus, you will need 12,500 comp points to free all $50 of your bonus... and you should get $10 for every 2,500 points.

If you play NL, you must play at least $10NL ($0.05/$0.10NL) to earn points and you will earn 1 point for each raked hand (usually about 85 points per 100 hands in my experience). At $25NL ($0.10/$0.25NL), you will be getting 3 points per raked hand and you'll earn points faster. Of course, you will have a higher risk of losing your money or have to deposit enough to play at those levels and that means you'll be playing through for more points ($500 would be 125,000 points... or almost 41,700 raked hands of $25NL).

I could be completely wrong here but I am pretty sure this is how it worked. I know someone on another Merge site that is working to clear a $25 coupon and this is how they're set to do it.

Default no deposit required

I have never deposited ANY money at ANY site.
Some call me 'freeroll mo'

Nordica is a cool site. (I keep winning, especially at cash games).

Rakeback has really helped this effort with the PTOTW (Three 1st place wins)

I appreciate the 'too good' comment and look forward to future tourneys.

Isn't rakeback the best?
