It was not a mix up, and I did not promise to resolve anything. We gave you the benefit of doubt and your thread was added this week also since it was very popular, but removed again due to suspicious voting activity.

Play fair children.

Your account was banned for one week due to begging for money in private messages from other users.

What is this poll fraud, do to have any evidence. I really don't understand how you could do this to my roomate two weeks in a row. He did nothing, his posts are great and help the commnity' and you are cheating him out of well deserved money. I don't know why ge will want to come back and continue his series of posts if he gets cheated out of money, and accused for bad things that he never did.

Can you explain this to me.

There was enough of the same kind of accounts from the same place doing voting for us to decide to remove that thread from the voting.

He was banned for 1 week because of begging for money on our website and also within a poker client from our users. We do not want anything like this happening here, hence the disciplinary action.

What is this poll fraud and why did two of his threads get eliminated from the voting, that's 200 dollars that could have possibly been won.

What was the reason for that?

Cause the same IP address was voting for the same post? Sounds like cheating there...

Thats rich, Mollila cheating him out of money, it has a hilariously funny ring to it, but very rediculous.

I agree, Ice.........Personally, I don't see how it could be viewed as "cheating" anyone out of money which was not promised to them...I mean, the poll is intended to be fair to all members, and if the same person is consistently having a gross number of votes each week, and from the same location, then that does not bode well...if the poll is to be fair to all members, then there cannot be any suspicious activity such as that which was mentioned above. Everyone deserves a fair chance. If it can't be fair, they might do away with it, and that would be a real shame on the account of one individual.

the thing is there are 5 people living in this apartment. and i voted for ungar the first time.....BUT the second time, he told me NOT to vote for his poll, so there were no problems, and THEY STILL removed his poll.

thats what i dont understand, even though the first time wasnt cheating?? NEITHER was the second time, and they both got removed.

and mollila will not give an explaination.

i dont dislike anybody here, but i would lie to get this resloved in a civil manner.

Frankly speaking, if the Moderators of the site feel there is an issue and have been provided with some sort of evidence or proof by way of their own software or other means, then Mollila or any other affiliate does not owe anyone an explanation as to their cause of action on their own site. They will run it as they see fit to ensure that everyone is treated equally and fairly...so honestly, who are we as members to question their authority?

i dont want to get into an arguement about this, but you MUST step into his shoes for a second.

ungar and i are near broke online, are jobs arent great, so we cant deposit.....

he has devoted a lot of his time to helping members on this site...

a possible $100 or $200 would do SO much, and both his thread have been shot down for circumstantial evidence, which i proved wrong.

that is why we are angry at this situation, and believe we deserve an explaination.

Since you say he is a good guy then can you ask him to send my 10 bucks on stars back.

I think since no posts have been made about this apparent poker league i can assume that it is not happening. Plus i think i have changed my mind anyways.

Shouldn't the Thread of the Week be something that is thought provoking and something substantial rather than having a poll decidie?

Just curious.

Thanks for the nomination guys.

No one wants to argue, I assure you. Nobody knows the pains of struggles better than me. You can't imagine the shoes you'd need to fill where I'm concerned...health issues keep me from being able to work, and I rarely see the outside of my apartment because of it, unless friends show up and take me to their house...either way, I'm still stuck indoors. So this site and poker are all I really have that I can enjoy.

I also have devoted a lot of time on this site...yet I have asked nothing in return. And I'm sorry....but if you can't afford for your life and poker to co-exist, then perhaps you should look into a new hobby with less risk involved.

Honestly, responsibility should tell you that if your budget won't allow for your habit, then you should not play until you can afford to. I find it a bit hard to believe that with 5 roommates, there is a cost of living issue...sounds more like a cost of gambling issue.

I'm sorry if this seems harsh, but there are those of us who really are worse off than you, so forgive me if I don't seem very sympathetic. If you could only re-read what you have written, it really sounds like you and your roommate(s) need to get some counseling for possible gambling addiction. And I'm not trying to be a smart ass, I'm being serious. You really might want to seek out some help...

i just read it, and you did not read it right....we dont have much money because our jobs arent great yet...we have deposited online ONCE each, $50 and it didnt go well, so i can assure you we arent addicted,

but you still went off topic, where those $100 or $200 could have really helped us.
