You did only see 3 hands out of 226 that were of controversy. If you would like, I could post the whole hand history for the tournament, but that would take a few posts and expose the way I play. But trust me, with roughly 2hrs 10mins of play, it was a good tournament.

Before you do heres my thoughts on the one I was involved in.


1. I should have raised pre with 22 and a limp into my blind I should probably be raising, which in this case would have sorted the hand there and then.


2. I couldhave made a standard reraise and even considered just calling to pot control with my set. On reflection I reckon I could be pretty sure I was behind by the river assuming it got that far (but at least I could have given myself a chance). If I reraise and then he shoves OTF I would be unlikely to fold, however if I reraise flop and he calls then moves in on turn or river I am probably letting my 22 go just in case.

As for the ALL IN shove......It was a ludicrous play and as I keep on banging on about would have really only been called by a better hand.

Incidentally in my defense......I had consumed a reasonable quantity of beer yesterday afternoon and therefore my though processing at the time was a little dulled

I picked this one out BECAUSE I though it highlighted awful play on my part....Not becasue I thought I got unlucky.
