SunPoker offers £UK Pound Cashier

April 3, 2008 – SunPoker has now made it easier for players from the UK and all of Europe to play at their online poker tables. The long awaited British Pound (£) cashier is now available to SunPoker players, aptly named SunPoker (GBP). Customers are now able to play their favorite poker games like Texas Hold’em and 7 Card Stud using the new £ cashier, without having to worry about exchange rates.

Players from the UK have long known about the great action on the poker tables at SunPoker, in fact British players make up a significant portion of the player base at this International poker room. The tables will see even more action with an influx of new British poker players that are now able to easily deposit and withdrawal using (£) Pounds.

Will any steps have to be taken by us to keep getting rakeback? I already have the US$ account, if i switch to £ will I continue to get rakeback as before?

Since it is a separate software, you need to create a new account by using our rakeback tracking link.

You can follow the normal Sun Poker rakeback application instructions on our website. When opening your account, you will be asked if you want a USD or GBP account.

In case a player does not use our rakeback tracking code but already has a USD rakeback account with us, Sun Poker says they will make cross references to find out these players and retag them to Rakeback.
