Hi,

Someone has signed up at NoIQ poker in the last weeks with the rakeback option? and what about the payments? are they timely and correct?

I am planning to go to NoIQ Poker and I need to know if the rakeback option is still alive, because I read some news about that NoIQ Poker stops offering rakeback and at the NoIQ web there is not rakeback option mentioned for new players.

hi,

yes the 30% rakeback still applies and gets paid every friday.

alternatively if you rake a lot you might opt for the VIP systems which pays more than the 30% system. It pays the 1st of every month.

I did not get any rakeback paid into my account last friday. This may be because my rakeback was only set up last week? However, can a mod look into this for me please? Thank you very much.

Ignore this. Ive just found out it went into my main account balance, and not my poker account balance.

Not only has their been no rakeback since mentioned, my raketracking has not updated since May 24th.

Raketracking is currently not updated as NoiQ changed their reports and due to this technical issues we experience some diffuculties. Raketracking will be updated as soon as we get required reports. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Regarding all NoiQ payments. Also, due to their system changes there is a bit of mess.
Please follow these instructions to check your payments:

1. Login on www.noiqpoker.com with your username and password.

2. You will reach your back office.

2. In top menu you have a section called Bonuses. Press this and you will see all bonus information. Here is also "VIP Loyalty" that is rakeback and here you can cash out your rakeback. Payments are made every Friday.

Players who take part in VIP monthly bonus do not accumulate NIPs or receive rakeback.

Players who take part in 30% rakeback system may earn NIPs, cash or a combination of the two. If a player logs in to his/her back office and click on Bonus Settings he/she will see a Bar which you can move either left or right to set your preferences.

Should you wish all your gaming to go towards accumulating NIPs, then please set it to 100% NIPS (you will not receive any rakeback). Should you wish all your gaming to go towards cash, please set it to 100% VIP (rakeback). Should you wish to split your gaming return you may choose to set the bar to, for example, 50/50%. This way half of your reward will be returned through NIPs and the other half as rakeback.
