First off I would like to say that the concept of
rakeback is great and really helps the high volume player get through bad runs and increase profits. No one I know plays poker near as much as I do and when I heard of rakeback I thought what better than rakeback.com. So I set up an account and started playing. I just wanted to say that your customer service is absolutely terrible. Your service reps disappear for days at a time and don't respond to emails and posts.

Your reps knew they were out for a week and no one was covering their responibilities? That is just a bad way to run a money related business and any business for that matter. Also guaranteing payments by the 18th means the 18th. People want their money on time. That should be your #1 priority. And with the whole
rakeback tracking module thing, you have postponed or delayed or given false deadlines or expectation to me at least 5 or 6 times. And when I email yall to get an update it takes 5 days for a response and a new deadline is given and passed again and with no explanation. I am not taking my business elsewhere or telling people to not use rakeback.com, I just wanted yall to be aware of the circumstances and I would recommend other users to comment here as well.
