Im new to the forum, but would like to know if it normal on this site to get no replies to emails?
Have sent 3 emails and got no reply. Am I missing something here?

I am sorry that emails have gone unanswered for a week. This has mostly been my responsibility, and they have not been taken care of since I was out. We are now going through rakeback confirmations and email questions.

I think u should be more professional about these matters.other rakeback sites are much more ahead of you.they reply emails maximum 1 day later.they send emails when they pay the rakebacks.
ur web-domain name is a big advantage but u must use it more wisely.

I have signed up to 3 poker rooms via your link and still playing at them regularly.but i dont think that i will use your links next time when i need to register a new poker room.

I hope you improve your service soon.
