Got Rakeback but cannot see tracking

Hi, I'm a first time poster and was wondering why I recieved rakeback last month and I cant track it atm. I tried to do Rake Tracking and it says I am not affiliated with any poker room even though I recieved rakeback from full tilt last month. Any and all help would be appreciated.

ps I signed up only last month.

We are all experiencing this to my knowledge. Hopefully the mods will have an answer for us tomorrow. Most likely with the first of the month falling so near the weekend, they may not have had a chance to update the information yet.

willydk you have not submitted the Full Tilt rakeback application. Please go to that page and fill in the application. Only after that can we grant you access to Rake Tracking.

ok i just filled it in, does that mean that my hours that i put in last month will not count? and also if i didn't fill it out, how come i got paid for March? thank u for your time and help.

Your rakeback will be counted and paid starting from your first raked hand,
Its just a technical problem you did all the steps but did not do the last step of our instructions. Please check your email inbox for our confrimation email.
