Default Help - Stalled in Set Up

I signed up for rakeback 6 days ago and my accouct status is sill "PENDING" . I received an email stating that my account would be cleared the next day ... that was 3 days ago. At this point I am unsure as to what to do besides wait in frustration. Has anybody else had this problem? What should I do next?

Hi again

We were answering to you by an email that your status is stil not confirmed cause we still do not receive an answer from out Full Tilt affiliate manager about you, we have this problem with him for a long time. But the reasons that you are still not confirmed can be the following:

1. You are an existing player at that poker room.
2. You are tagged to some other affliliate than rakeback.com.
3. You provided a wrong poker username to us.

Tony, I do not have an existing full tilt account nor am I an affiliate through any other service. The last possibility is a "wrong poker user name" submitted to you ... I do not understand what this is. Please explain

It means that you possibly submitted a wrong username, but I checked you manually and your Full Tilt Player ID seems to be correct. When we will receive an email from Full Tilt you will see your status changed.

Hi bigmac208

Where you cant login? to your Full Tilt Poker client? if yes then possibly you are entering teh wrong username and password, you can try the password recovery system, it is situated directly at the place where you are putting you login and pass. Click Forgot Password there
