PMs & Questions

Over recent weeks, I have received numerous private messages from people asking specific questions about their rakeback accounts.

While I don't mind helping when I'm able, I am not an Administrator nor a Customer Service representative here. I am simply a member, just like the rest of you.

I cannot answer account-specific questions, and I cannot help you get your accounts activated.

IF YOU NEED RAKEBACK HELP, PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT VIA THIS LINK:

Haha you are so active in the forums lilady and you answer questions here sometimes that is why people start thinking that you are somehow connected to Rakeback.com staff well what can I say, keep being active! just give those people a link to our Customer Support page.

Heh, yeah I guess so! I mean like I said, I don't mind helping when I know the answer, but I don't have the power to dig into people's accounts for them, ya know?

Plus I don't check my messages constantly, so if I don't answer them, and they think I'm part of the "staff" - they might get pissy and take it out on you, saying "Your people never answer their messages...etc...etc..." LOL

Within a few months we'll redo the forum pages layout. Maybe it is a good idea to make requesting customer support more visible on the pages.
