Rakeback deal missing

How come my rakeback deal on Full Tilt Poker does not exist on raketracking? I have made the deal long time ago.

I checked our records and do not find a Full Tilt rakeback sign up submitted to us by you.

If you have opened your poker room account by using our download link and/or referral code, please follow this process.

1) Log in to your www.rakeback.com account.
2) Go to our Full Tilt Rakeback Sign Up page:

3) Fill in your Full Tilt username in the rakeback sign up form on that page.
4) Complete the rakeback sign up process by submitting the form.

After receiving your rakeback sign up, our support can verify if your account is registered under our rakeback tracker. You will be notified of this by email. Processing will generally take 3 working days.

Providing that a rakeback sign up has been successful, rakeback is paid starting from your first raked hand.

Rakeback is always paid into all accounts tagged with our affiliate code, but we need the rakeback application form submitted before you can view your rake data in Rake Tracking.
