 Responce time? I raised a query 2 days ago using the contact rakeback.com link and have had no response. Whats the typical response time on questions?  |

| Hi TheSavage85, I searched for your message which you say was sent trough the "Contact Rakeback.com" form and I did not find anything, strange maybe there is some sort of technical problem. Generally the responce time is one day, but during the weekends we do not work, note that our business hours are Mon - Fri, 9h - 17h (GMT+2) So at that time we are in office and responding to the emails, questions in the forums and also PM (Personal Messages). You can also use our support email directly, write to support@rakeback.com, try to do that and I will check if we receive emails from you
