Small Question concerning rakeback

I ve been registered at rakeback.com for 6 and 7 day now. I immediatly made an account at sunpoker via rakeback, to get rake back and to clear the 50$ bonus.
I got an autoemail that confirms my registration and promised that there'll be a confirmation email during the next 3 days, that ensures that everything went allright and so on.
Unfortunatelly, there havent been such a mail. So now i am unsure whether i get rake back at the end of the month or not. I have already written an email to the support but there havent been any answer until now.
So maybe one of you may help me?

We received your Sun Poker registration on Friday 5th, and it is confirmend. An email with more information has been sent to you.
