it's a bonus subject to playing restrictions?
it's not just $600 transfered to your account which can be immediately cashed out, is it?

You have to play it off, meaning earn FTP's which in turn go towards earning back your bonus. If I remember correctly from last year it was 20x's your bonus...meaning, if you bonus was $600 you would have to "earn" 12,000 FTP's to get the full bonus. If you don't earn the bonus in full you get as much as you can earn when the month is over.

The interesting thing is now the mid-year bonus is no longer on the "my promotions" page...so I don't know what's up with that. Anyone else know?

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support regarding your Iron
Man Mid-Year Bonus.

We're happy to confirm that your $550 Iron Man Mid-Year Bonus has been
activated, and you're currently earning points toward the release of
your bonus funds. Congratulations!

You'll have all of July to earn your bonus at a rate of $0.05 per Full
Tilt Point (FTP). Your bonus money will accrue on your Iron Man status
page and will be automatically credited into your Full Tilt Poker
account once you've earned it in full.

If you don't earn your full bonus by July 31, your Full Tilt Poker
account will be credited with the bonus amount you have earned.

To view your Iron Man Mid-Year Bonus Status and eligible bonus amount,
please follow these three steps:

1) Under the "Requests" menu, select "Check my Promotions (Internet)".
2) Select "Iron Man Challenge".
3) Select ?Mid-Year Bonus Status Page?.
