#1 FTP's Responce to my email
Hello,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

Our shuffling and dealing processes utilize a powerful random number generator (RNG) that incorporates several features to ensure randomness and a fair game for all players.

Our RNG uses three separate sources which apply algorithms to generate 32-bit random numbers. The three random numbers are then XORed together to generate a new random number. XORing a random number against any other number produces a new number equally random to the preceding numbers. So even if two out of the three sources failed to generate sufficiently random numbers, the final XORed number will still be random provided at least one of the three given numbers is random.

This holds true as long as the two numbers are uncorrelated, so it's critical that all the different values come from independent sources. If the numbers were correlated, the randomness could be canceled by the XOR operation.

To ensure true randomness, our RNG uses several redundant and independent sources including two different pseudo-RNGs and a physical source:

1) The ISAAC pseudo-RNG.
2) The OpenSSL pseudo-RNG.
3) A hardware RNG that has a physical source of entropy.

Our RNG has been audited and certified by Technical Systems Testing (TST) and Cigital, Inc, both internationally recognized and accredited testing facilities. You can find more information on our accreditation at: http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/random-number-generator

Our business depends on providing our players with a fair and unbiased game, and we do exactly that.

We hope we've answered your concerns, but if we can be of further assistance, please let us know.

Regards,

Amaan

Seems like a pretty darn thorough RNG system to me.

Very well could be. Sometimes a little hard to see it even IF you are on the winning side of it. Was playing Omaha high and every raise i made I hit big or turned it 4 kings floping 887 with QJ87 even spiked a 2 outer in H/L for the wheel str8 and nut low. But again there is the bad side. Guy I hit the 2 outer on had me CHUSHED was playing my low hand and was still a loser as he held 2 3's

So in responce to Dew who seems confused. Think it's clear what I'm doing. I'm supplying all this for the ( IT"S RIGGED ) sayers the tools to reaserch on their own.

So if that being Durrrrred then I must be a nice guy.

: D

I was just confused because it seems like people start posts like yours when they are trying to prove that FTP is rigged. Then you supplied all the details to show that it's based on a solid RNG, so I just wasn't sure what you were specifically trying to say.

Yeah it sure LOOKS solid but I really have no clue what to think. I mean I sure have been on the GOOD side of the bad beat ITS RIGGED storys but also have been on the bad. I keep open minded and even when I'm on the GOOD side I still wonder WTF just happend HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

I recomend to all you ITS JUICED FOR RAKE people to only play SnG's Or TOurnys if you need your online poker fix. Take's that complaint RIGHT OUT. But not the DONKS so beware.

I just HATE poker but yet I play it.

Go figure.
