Fulltilt Maintanance Issues!! Anyone else lose money??

I have been playing at fulltilt for about a month now, and have played on other poker sites as well, but recently they did maintanance during the day, two days in a row, all while tourneys were going!! I was playing in a 9 seater$10 tourney the first day and was unable to get back to the table and play, so I got blinded out, lost any chance at winning any money, and then the following day i was playing in a 4 seat $10 sitngo tourney, and the same thing happened and it was down to me and one other guy, and I again got blinded out and lost any chance to win!!

So I contacted fulltilt support like 10 times now, and i also contactacted fulltilt disconnections 3-4 times, all by email of course, cause there is no number to call them that i can find, and as of a week now, nothing has been done about it!! I lost not only the entry fee i paid, but I lost anywhere from $40-$85 in winnings, which i am not too happy about!! Just wondering if anyone else had these same issues on them two particular days, and what they have done to get ahold of fulltilt?? I am disgusted with them right now, and if they have responsible gaming, then you think they would wanna take care of me, and you think they would be able to go back and see maybe, that i was blinded out in these two tournaments, and wasnt playing in them!!

Anyhow, just had to rant and see who else had these issues, or any advice on what can be done to help me out..

Wow, a site as big as FullTilt and they could not keep the games going during maintenance. I would keep the emails going, but if they can not even respond to your issues, I would cash out and go else where. There are plenty of rakeback affiliate places to play. Customer service should be first and foremost, if you are a whale or bottom feeder.

I get booted every other hand there anymore it seems. Pisses me off something fierce. I don't get booted from other sites, so something is messed up there. Too bad too, cause it's definitely my favorite site when it's running properly. And yes...it has cost me plenty.

Man I Cashed and ran!! Im at Absolute and Ulimatebet They were doing the main. thing about 3-4 days. 5-10 min each 10 times a day. shutting the site DOWN ?and i play for 4-8 hrs a day. I got diconnected on the bubble int he 20 toury and lost with the wining hand in 1/2nl lol ... I have been there for 2 yrs. GL may try back later.

Yes its happened to me 4 days in a row,I was disconnected for between 10 to 45 Min's, it got worse every day out of the 4 days i think i got disco about 6-7 times,the only saving grace was that 4-5 times the whole site went down. the last time 45 Min's by the time i got back the sit"n"go was finished(its only a $2 with 9 players)I when i got disco there was 4-5 left,& i had average stack,but I will say i got the advantage there was 3 -4 of us almost all in I was in the process of calling all in when we (whole site)went down,When we got back, I'd won the pot with a full house Ace's over Jacks & 2 were out,i was massive chip leader end up winning the tourney $17.
It also happened about 2 hours ago but only for 2-3 Min's,no damage done but there was 1 player from France he was in & out almost every 2nd hand,so he got the shits went all in with 2-
7 had1 caller AA.
I have also been disconnected at JOKERSTARS & Pacific Poker a couple of times lately not really worried about it because only play freerolls on them,but 1 time on pacific poker i was really chipped up & couldn't get back for almost 2 hours,

I heard that the "maintenance issue" was in fact because someone had hacked the site, remember reading an article on it somewhere recently but not sure where, may have been in this forum or another I use a lot.

Well here it is fellas!! Theres is no doubt fulltilt does not value there customers!! They contacted me back, and admitted that they have had issues with the maintanance and people getting blinded out of tournaments, and they agreed to credit me $5 Wow, $5 freaking dollars and the tournaments that i was playing in were $10 + $.75 and they are a four person heads up shoot out!! One of the tournaments it was down to the final two of us, and i was in the chip lead when they did maintanance, and then got blinded out, and they admitted they found the problem, but instead of giving me the $40 that i was winning, they credit me $5 freaking dollars, and there was 2 other tournaments besides this one that i also had the same thing happened!! I am going to copy and paste their email to me, that way you all can have a laugh!! I lose over $30 just in what the games cost me to play, and actually lost near $100 between the 3 tournaments, and they feal a $5 credit is sufficient!! I had a few friends i was going to refer to fulltilt thru rakeback, but not now.. I will send them to another site!! Fulltilt can kiss my arse as far as i am concerned cause they DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

I was offered a $200 bonus because of connectivity issues. It clears in increments of $20 for every $20 in rake generated. I don't know why many people didn't get this offer. You should ask them about it

It's sad that they will only give rakeback bonuses and not str8 money for your losses. Specially in tourneys where it would be alot clearer to see the situation as the records should be clearly visible for the maintainance..

That actually happened to me a few times months ago (back when I still played at FTP). One day, they had just finished a 30 minute long maintenance, when they immediately started another about 2 minutes after the first one. So I had to sit for about an hour as the entire site shut down during those two maintenance periods. The next day, same thing...and the day after that. After 3 days, I guess they got the bugs out.

You have to take into consideration how huge FTP is, and that there is really no good time for them to do necessary maintenance.....no matter when they do it, it will still affect thousands of players.
