Default BankRoll Managment

I have always had a problem with Bankroll management. I mostly play sngs and mtts on stars, but whenever i get on tilt or have a few beats in a row, i manage to take the rest of my roll and lose it on cash tables, im not even good at cash tables.

How would you guys build a bankroll playing sngsand mtts, are there rulles for how much % of your bankroll you would use to play an sng or mtt.

please help me out guys!
