| Actually, this is more complex than you might think. A few years ago, I could hardly get out of the house because I needed an operation. Last year, I had a couple and after eight months R & R, was fit enough and lucky enough to get a job and start work back in March. Prior to this, I had averaged 10 hours a day playing online poker on numerous sites building a nice little bankroll off freerolls and small stakes MTT and SNG's. I introduced my girlfriend to the game and she's been hooked ever since however, as I was playing all day while she was working, I didn't have a problem with her taking over the computer on an evening. Now here's the problem...because I'm working all day and get home pretty much the same time as she does, she still has the computer on an evening which means I get to play maybe once or twice a month. Was it a mistake getting my body put right and how do I solve my lack of playing time? ![]() |

| Hun, it's never a mistake to take care of yourself. And I believe that sharing your favorite hobby is a great idea, because it cuts down on potential arguments over it if she enjoys it too! Having only one computer and the same hours to use it can be a problem, but Walmart sells very cheap laptops for around $200. I would suggest putting some money aside, and buying a laptop for your girlfriend as a gift. She can then use her laptop to play, and you can resume using the other computer. You two could even sign on to the same site together and play against each other...what fun that would be! Good luck! ![]()
