Default Discipline

What is your idea of discipline in poker? I see so many posts asking if people can fold certain hands in certain situations, but IMO if you are truly disciplined then you should be able to fold any hand no matter how good it looked before the flop. But then you get people who will say play those hands no matter what? What is your opinion?
