Default Does this happen only to me in RAZZ ?

I seem to get monster high hands like quads, trips, boats and even once a straight flush ? Razz is a frustrating game for me to play. Anybody else experience the same thing??

Well, the straight flush doesn't hurt you... as long as it's low. But yes, I see the same thing.

Still, I get the same hands in stud-hi about as often when playing the same number of hands. It's just more frustrating in razz so it hurts more.

Edit: I should add that I almost never see quads or boats in razz because I fold when I trip-up or get double paired. There might be rare exceptions (like being double paired with 4 to the wheel on 6th against someone with an open pair of Js or whatever) but those aren't often enough for me to stick around with hands that become the real monsters that often.

The last time I saw quads... I had K-K-K as the bring in, and no one completed... so I got 4th for free... and it was the case K. I actually got to see 5th for free on that hand too... but I'd checked "fold to any bet" on 3rd.
