Well, I will play almost anything. But if I have a choice I like a mixed game of stud/razz/and stud h/l (no qualifier) with spread limits of low stakes 0.25-5.00 (a huge spread but good for action). I can not find these games online or spread in any local card-room. So usually I work them into a rotation in a private game.

I am just now getting comfortable with stud8 ... where you need the qualifier. It's not very different from anything else but having the possibility of scooping with a high-only hand does change your strategy.

I should like hold-em more. I end up playing it so often because the money there is easier but I still love stud.

I will play anything in a mixed format. Actually, dealer's choice games are great fun because you need to keep changing gears and pay attention.
