Default FH or Flush

Hey guys heres the question:

Please describe in detail..

What hand would you rather slow play.

a fullhouse or a flush..

just remember the hand came on the flop! and a flush doesn't stack well with 2 more cards to be played!

full house...

sometimes your flush isnt strong enough to slowplay, you actually somewhat describe it in your last sentence.

full house is best to be slowplayed, obviously.

i think the better question to ask is:

What NUT hand would you rather have: flush, straight, or NUT boat? That is to say in each situation it is the best possible hand, with nut boat being KQ on board K 4 3 K Q... etc where you cannot be beaten. I think that is better to ask.

This is a no-brainer. The BEST thing to slow play would be the Full House, but the riskiest yet most profitable one to slow play is the Flush, espically if you have the nut flush.

Lets say you have K 10 suited on the button with 5 callers behind you (7 including the blinds). The flop comes K K 10 with two of the same suit. You have the nuts and most likely someone will be chasing or have two pair. You could even be up against aces and they might push thinking you have two pair. But against one or two people with that same flop, chances are they didn't hit that flop, and have no draw. So if you want more money out of the Full House, it's better to have lots of people in the pot when slow playing.

When you flop the nut flush with 5 people (7 including the blinds), chances are two of them are going to have that suit in your hand. Lets say you have A 2 spades on the button and the flop comes out 3 7 10 all spades. Someone might have two pair (most likely the blinds), or someone might have trips (unlikely, but possible against so many people). Those are the only two hands you DON'T want people to have when you flop the nut flush and you want to slow play it. The best thing would be if someone had the K of spades, and another spade fell on the turn and or river. As long as the board doesn't pair, you have the nuts. Someone might have K Q spades and have flopped the second nuts, and if no more spades came out on the turn or river, and the board didn't pair, you pretty much knocked him out.

These are all if if if situations. If he has this, if this comes, if this doesn't come, etc. Basically, if you are someone who is a gambler, you would want to slow play the nut flush (or second nut flush, or something like that). If you are more of a safe player, or one who wants to have the best hand guaranteed and if someone else has an ok hand, you are waiting for them to make a mistake, then you would want to slow play the nut full house. And in these two situations, you are hoping for the other person to make a mistake.

Very Interesting... i would agree on this .. a flush is dangerous.. cause of the pair on the board .. i would fold a flush as well .. but a Straight Flush.. all i would see is dollar signs!

anyone else got input ?

what im saying is you are at the river already holding the nuts. what would you prefer your holding to be... you cannot be beaten... so whatever hand you have IS the NUTS. Straight, Flush, Full House?

Green, in that scenerio, I would rather hold the nut straight.

Sure the FH looks cool and all, but the nut straight would get paid off more I bet.
