I've been playing poker for probably 4 years online now and maybe 5 or 6 years live. I've far surpassed those odds, probably 10X over and have yet to land that fish. I have seen I don't know how many straight flushes, Natural Quads, etc.
Someday maybe I'll hit it, but more importantly than hitting it, I hope I get paid off when it happens.

I've made a couple so far. Sadly, they were both gutshot rivers on hands with low action though. A couple weeks ago I saw somene flop one for the first time since I've been playing online. To me that is what's truly amazing.

about a year ago, I flopped a Royal spades @ pacific. Besides that I think I had two other royals and several straight flushes. Eight I think. I only play for almost three years now. My room mates think Im a luck box. I think its a matter of skill. Like having Rockets all the time!!!!

I have made 2 in nl holdem. the first time I got so excited I just went all in when the river gave me a royal flush. of course the other guy folded. 2nd time I got my moneys worth

Yes 2 times one by using my 2 cards and was rewarded $25 as I was on a real money table then the second one in a sit and go game

Yep. Hit a royal on the flop and then lost to a turn royal within 40mins of each other online. Unfortunately the win came in hilo and only won 1/2 the pot (which wasn't much) and typically the loss was in hold'em.

yea multiple time, I have played a lot of hands, I had made it on an allin preflop with AK suited, and a couple different times with just one hole card

Never. but have been beaten by one in a $5000 tourney, final table 4 left I have pocket 10's,all in low stack,chip leader calls flops a Royal.

I have had 3 in total, although one of them was in omaha, so slightly easier. Don't think I ever got paid off much on them though unfortunately.
