Default I need your help....

Okay...

I previously posted my idea of making customized card cappers or covers as some people refer to them.

A few people showed interest, and I've received the supplies I ordered to make them.

So, now that I've got everything I need, what kinds of symbols or icons would you like to see on them? Such as playing cards, lucky numbers, lucky symbols, photos, etc?

I've got some poker chips with blank centers....I was thinking of putting them inside the clear plastic capsules and put some sort of photo or something in the center....but what?

I've also got acrylic paint so I can make some hand-painted ones as well.

Here's a chance for you to get creative with me. I will take and use your ideas, and when I get ready to distribute the finished covers, you will get first dibs on whichever you would like.

Here are some photos of the capsules I'll be using, and their relative size compared to a typical 11.5g poker chip:

Hmm, sounds like an interesting project you're doing there. I wish I had skills to do something like that, but,well...i don't.

Anyway, how about the chinese symbol of good luck? That would be pretty neat, I think.

I've got it saved, good thought! You've got to have some skills because that is a brilliant suggestion!

Anyone else? Don't be shy there are no wrong answers

I like this idea, too, thanks! Especially since I am also a coin collector, this would be right up my alley!

Keep the suggestions coming! Thanks all!

maybe something about the wsop, main event, wpt, things like that...

by the way, how much would these cost, i would be very interested in buying some, just depends on the cost, and how they would be shipped (shipping might cost more than what you charge for the card covers depending on how you decide to ship them)

They will be very inexpensive since the supplies are inexpensive. I'd say $3.50 each...that would cover all supplies, and give me about a dollar extra. As for shipping, they are not very big or heavy, so I can ship them cheaply. Base rate for Priority Mail for shipment and insurance would be around $6.00. First class would of course be cheaper but slower....that is if it were a bulk shipment....for only a few it would be very inexpensive.

would a possible payment be through a poker site player to player transfer?

Well, I'd like to avoid that if at all possible, as that would mean I would have to come out of my own pocket to pay the shipping expenses. PayPal would be an acceptable form of payment, as I have a PayPal debit card, so I could access the funds quickly. If I were to use poker funds, I would have to request a withdrawal and then wait 2 weeks for the funds to arrive at my door.

you can make them and then use them as your "fossils" like raymer did previously, selling them to support his BR. Good idea.

You know, if you were to make one with that Chinese symbol of good luck I mentioned, I might be interested in buying it off your hands if it looks good, as I'm sure it will.
