I've decided to take a bit of a break from poker and the forum...
I need to spend more time with Carrie, and less time at the computer. At least for a little while.

Our work schedules have changed recently and it's not allowing us any time together, and when we do have a few hours, it seems I'm always on here, so that needs to change.
I don't feel like I've given her enough attention lately and I feel bad about that, so I'm making the effort to tie up the loose ends.

Don't worry...I'm not leaving...I just won't be on as frequently as usual...at least until our work schedules don't clash so badly anymore, to where our relationship and poker can co-exist in harmony as before.

So best wishes to all, and I'll be around at some point...

to all...

~Erica

Well, you have to take care of what's most important to you first and foremost right? We'll be around. Have some fun quality time

Edit: BTW that Lou Krieger guy is a genius. Definitely so true.

Totally understandable. Got to have your priorities right. Take care, and we'll miss you while you're gone.

Have fun on your time off and use it to also recharge your poker batteries. Taking a 2 weeks break for a vacation myself.

Thanks all. I won't be totally scarce.

By the way, for those who play in the Sunday League, that will never change. You can still register and play anytime.

Too many people start to neglect their home life when trying to get better at this great game. Glad you are more responsible than most.

I'm also glad you're not leaving. You're about as familiar as the furniture around this place
