| I was wondering how many of you guys watch the high stakes games on tilt or any other site? Do you do it for fun, or to try and learn something? If you do feel you learn something, what do you think you benefit from as only a few hands will come to showdown. I myself rail them now and again if there is good action but not to learn but more for entertainment. |

| Usually I watch tables for a good while prior to joining (as far as cash tables go) - not so much for entertainment but to get a good idea of what I'm in for if I join that table. I don't tend to just jump in with guns-a-blazing. I like to get a general idea of a good implementable strategy according to table play. Usually about 10-20 minutes gives me enough valid information to decide.

| I love to watch high stakes games and final tables of big events. This comes with watching a lot of poker on TV i guess. And i sure do think that I learn a thing or 2 from watching. One of my friends told me he used to open a high stakes table, go do something else for an hour. Then come back and look at the hand history and at showdowns. seems like a decent idea if youve got time. |
