what limit is this?
what is the river card?
did your flush come in? (I can't see the suits for some reason).
assuming it's on the low end ($3/$6 or below), I am bet/calling the river.
Turn looks good, and lead/calling the raise is best to try to keep MP in the hand.

If I'm in position, and there's less than 5 in the pot.

I believe the technical term is "semi-bluff"

If I were out of position, and the players seemed weak. Well maybe a decent feeler bet on the turn, and then if they seeemed weak, a good semi bluff on the river. Be careful, bluffing out of position can cost you.
