Default Bad Beats

Bad beats are part of the game. A random streak of badbeats are part of the game. The probability of getting a heads or tales is 50%, but I could get a run of 10 heads in a row. Same thing happens in poker. Do I like it? NOooo!!!! Do I blame the site? Nooooooo I just have come to terms that if I am going to play poker and enjoy myself, remember it is a game, just to go with the flow.

Recommend to all poker players everywhere - Zen and the Art of Poker - Larry Phillips - best $20 you will ever spend. It is my bible!

Thats nothing but chasing in my book. for after the flop and turn you are way behind. Stop doubeling others up for christ sakes and save your chip stacks by tightening up a bit.

my feeling is that u are playing way to agressive, dont just shove all in pre flop qith kings cuz i think o its kings ill win, i hate goina ll in pre flop, i think its really not that smart of a move, i atleast like to see where im at after the flop and what my apponets are doing with what cards are laid on the table.

and plus FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE ROLLLLL means nothing bud, no lose of any money what so ever, so if u lose in a free roll just shake it off and say it wasnt my day

even though we all have bad beats and it sux everytime it happens, alot of people don't understand that online you play 3-4x's the amount of hands per/hr (if not more) so with that being said it seems as though 76 badbeats is alot. Everyone says the same thing about all the other sites as well.

I've been playing full tilt for about a year now, it seems that after a few good runs, i get a streak of bad runs for about a week or two, then i can't hit a flop if i prayed for one, its kinda sad too, because i know how to play semi good, but i can't hit crap on full tilt after a good run of cards : (

Cant agree more here.

Back on Dec. 28th, I made a $50 deposit on Full Tilt. This weekend I crested $1000, my first goal. Granted I had to start by playing above my bankroll, ran $170 upto $730 in .50/1 games ( I dont recommend this strategy if you are not a serious student of the game), lost $100, and then went back to grinding out the micros. I was playing 8 tables, very very tight on each one. I made that $100 up in a week or so and then began multi tabling .10/.25 and a few .25/.50 just last week. rakeback plus a few nice days and there I was over $1000. Still making money, but still playing very tight.

Tightening up your play is something that most serious new players need to do. Just because you see someone win a huge pot with T7o or A6o doesnt mean that you can play these hands whenever profitably most of the time.

Just part of the bad beats. Sure

Though on full tilt getting A 4 of clubs 3times in a row then Jd 8s twice, is alittle strange.
