Default What is your favorite Suit?

Lets forget about theory and math for a moment. Do you have a favorite suit when it comes to Poker. And I am not talking about RakeDaddy's Leisure suit.

I like diamonds when using four color decks. I guess I connect the blue to our blue/white national flag of Finland.

One thing I agree with Norman Chad on, the Ace of Spades is the prettiest card in the deck

Default It does not matter

Mikey, that is the point, it does not matter. Thanks for the opinion. I posed the question because it popped into my head. Personally I like what ever suit I have the nuts with.

I like Finland and their flag, Mollila, but with the four color decks, I have had some problems adjusting to using them and have always gone back to two colors after a small period of time. I guess this one of those times where you can not teach this old dog a new trick.

Default Suits

Personally, I think a good player cannot have a "favorite" hand or suit and be profitable from it on a consistent basis. Repeatedly playing favorites will inevitably doom him/her to making bad decisions. It's a misleading feeling that their personal favorite has some sort of special power over all others, and will likely cause them to chase more often than they should, resulting in far more losses than profits.

The best power to possess in poker is WILL power.

Have to disagree with you on this lilady, my favourite hand is a Royal Flush.

Default Well

Even though my partner lilady has taught me pretty well, I can't help but be partial to spades. I don't know what it is but it just seems like when I am suited with spades they seem to hit more frequently than the others.
