if it's such a revolutionary idea why don't you just hit the poker tables and straight up dominate with your idea that is so great.....

Wow...........some pretty harsh replies on this thread.........what's up y'all? Full moon or something? Lighten up... It's no wonder more people don't post LOL Afraid someone's gonna jump down their throat probably.

Who knows what kind of idea he's talking about here....hell for all we know it could be some little hotel soaps shaped like poker suits LOL

Jokes aside, seriously, we obviously can't assume he means any ONE thing by the fact that he has an idea that he believes is great.....so why the testy replies??

If he believes in it, why not just support the fact that he's taking the initiative to maybe create or try something new?

If it flops, oh well.....at least he had the balls to TRY.....how many of us can say that much??

Default a royal flush

not every hand you get is a royal flush

my idea goes beyond just playing poker......it's more about winning!

small guys like you and me need this to compete with the Pros.

put the money on the table!

BTW - I have been dominating, but that is besides the point.

Thanks, more input please!

could you give us a hint at these ideas?

I think that we would like to get some insight on your insight.

I'm curious now....

We should ask Master Yoda.

I am only a closet star wars geek, (not coming out)
but to use the force for money and power would be a selfish act, one of the many paths to the darkside. (but I would totally do it)
"The shadow of Greed that is." is what Master Yoda would definitely say."

LOL Ice no, you are not the only star wars geek...I just figured I'd be called a dork for quoting Yoda, but since you already did, here is what I was going to say:

Yoda: "Gamble with the Force you must not - The path of the Dark Side that is"

Wow, thanks for this clichéd, soundbite-ridden offering. At least now we know the aim of poker isnt just to play, its to win! And to be quite honest, I know what we need to compete with the pros is: fundamental grasp of poker game theory, a big enough bankroll, discipline, study of your opponents, thinking on the right 'levels' etc.

Btw maybe post a screenshot from pokertracker/holdem manager with a decent sample size then we'll see what's cookin'

Here we go again it seems
with the harsh replies
what is the point of it all

we all love the poker game
different players
are what makes the game unique

some are good and some are not
that does not matter
only that we all have fun

respecting one another
is more important
than how good you think you are

Try to rephrase them
using just five syllables,
then seven, then five.

Default $10,000 buyin

Time to restart the thought process.
Where will you get your $10,000 buyin to play in the BIG game?
Are any of you brave enough to play in a live tourney this size?

I bet you would like to have the money to do so, and this is what my idea is all about.

I need someone to buy this idea since start up costs would be too large for me right now.

more to follow........
