There is a little trick that can go a decent way toward protecting your idea.

Type it all up. Put it in a large envelope and mail it to yourself. This will effectively create a "generic" copyright. It will go through the post office and as long as it is sealed with a postal stamp, you have some proof that you had it first.

I'd also recommend copying the files to a disk and storing it in a safe deposit box or something. This way to have multiple items with the info and it's in multiple locations. That should be all the proof you need that they were your original ideas while you are waiting on money to create a full, normal copyright on your product.

As for getting someone to purchase it, I can't recommend anyone without knowing what it is.

the mailing to yourself, that is a great idea, good proof as long as the envelope isnt opened when you get it back if you have to protect it.

Default excellent, thanks!

I will mail this to myself and my lawyer friend.
I will continue with winning at the tables and make enough money to pay my lawyer to copyright and do other lawyer things.

Maybe rakeback will buy my idea.
