The Government today has no respect for the Constitution, or the average working citizen, and it is proven daily. We as Americans just lay down and take everything they dish out at us because it has become apparent that Money and Power win out over all else these days. Civil uprising of the middle and lower class would the the ONLY thing that would ever change the priorities of the Government, because the vast majority of us fall into one of those two catagories. But that's not likely to happen, so we will just continue on the current downward spiral until every other country hates us with a purple passion, and we'll go under quicker than the Titanic. Hope you've got your scuba gear... ::::blub blub blub::::

Sorry guys but you Americans get shafted!!

You are prettymuch banned from playing poker the government is making it as hard as possible to play. So although poker i believe is legal they dont half make you jump through hoops to play.

The UK although not anywhere near perfect we don t pay taxes on gambling winnings and can play anywhere we like ! so from a poker perspective it is good.

But on the serious side. I don't understand how a government can take the moral high horse with gambling but when it comes to guns it has this medieval view that every tom dick and harry's should have the right to wonder around with one in his p ocket. Totally Crazy IMO. How nobody makes light of these sorts of things is beyond me.

Bring back Americans to Party Poker. That was the best. Sigh.

Default Keep on Rolling

The fact of the matter is poker is loved by many and governments can not stop the flood. Prohibition has never worked and it will not work with poker. People will find ways to play.

Modern governments bow to big corporations and the wealthy, let them stick it, keep playing poker!
