Default D/loading client

Hi,
I seem to have a bit of drama with downloading the pokerheaven client,
I can download and start pokerheaven with no problems, but when I log in I seem to have a different account number and 0 funds.
( a new window with cashier options opens up called web dollar, whereas my laptop goes to St Miniver)
Btw Im downloading the client onto a new computer, If I go to my Laptop and open PH, logon everything is sweet, my funds and account number are all in order, no new windows for the cashier.
I tried to work this out with the Live support, but I didnt have much help.
Has anyone else had this problem it seems really wierd to me, I cant understand why I can login and then have a different account PIN
I have tried downloading PH from here and also just of the net with the same result,
It seems to me that I can only use my origanal client download of Pokerheaven from my laptop?
Anyhow I am sending an e-mail to the PH support as well to work out the problem, Nevertheless if anyone here has any idea I would much apreciete your advice

A strange sounding problem indeed. Do you have any other poker software from the same network installed?

Anyways, we cannot help with software installation problems at our partner poker rooms, so your best bet is to talk with the poker room support directly as you have already done.

Yes indeed!
I dont have any other software from that network instaled, and no other acounts on that network.
The fellow who I informed also thought it was really weird, my acount goes to st Miniver wheras he say its always been webdollar!(Seems to me mayber they are two acounts withe the same screen name and password?)
Also he had no record of any deposits on my acount. Hmm , I did deposit there and have cashed out a couple of times also.
The Tech support is checking it all out so I think everthing should be ok, If I havnt heard from them today I will contact them again about the matter.
