hi i signed up for a fulltilt account yesterday and my rakeback deal is still pending,how come it takes so long? i was hoping to play right away

is it possible for one of your reps to look into why my rakeback is still pending on my account?i thought this was a staight forward thing and not a long drawn out process

When I applied for mine, it took about 48 hours to be confirmed. You can play while you wait and any rakeback you earn during that time should be credited.

It's only a couple of days... maybe 3-4 tops... it's not the end of the world.

The process is generally takes 3 days, but it could take longer if your Full Tilt Player ID will be not found in the rake reports which Full Tilt sends us every day. In that case the status of your rakeback account will be changed to On Hold, and we will send an email to Full Tilt asking them for your status. So it will take time. Please be patient and wait for our answer via email
