Sounds like he used Babel Fish to translate whatever-the-heck-he-was-trying-to-say. And while the Fish is often useful, sometimes you just get... that!

yeah thats what i was going to say he speaks another language and used an online translator. Thats what happens. The computer is not a linguist. ha
