Interested in improving my game and betting strategies (but who isn't), and I am learning that while of course the luck of the draw and skill in betting and playing the players is important, poker is very much a game of patience. I have found some guidance to assist me in getting a short stack to grow early on at
www.pokerstrategy.com , however I often seem to get taken out later when a made hand is taken by someone betting a fluch draw, so knowing when to quit I suppose will be important for me, even though bad beats just happen sometimes.
