what other normal games do you like

I like pretty much everything lady likes except the only thing I'm better at than her is softball because she grew up playing baseball with boys so she can't stand waiting for a big ball to come floating by she rather have a fastball coming at her ... she says it's easier to hit - I don't know. I played softball all through school and was on a league and also was a champion fast pitcher, so I don't know much about baseball. I would think it would be harder to hit a baseball but what do I know lady has proven me wrong about a lot of stuff hahaha

Im wondering if any of you guys have ever played a game I call 'sidewalk baseball'? You basically play a full baseball game 1 on 1 where you alternate being hitters. The hitter has to take a bouncyish ball like a raquetball and bounce it off the edge of the sidewalk. Then the other player is a fielder who has to stand in the middle of the street/yellow line. If the hitter misses the sidewalk, its an out. If the fielder makes a clean catch, regardless of bounces, without error, its also and out. If the fielder makes an error, its a single. If the fielder makes an error and the ball goes past the opposite sidewalk, then its a double. If the fielder misses the ball and it goes past the opposite sidewalk, its a triple. Finally if the ball goes over the other sidewalk without any bounces, its a homer. 3 outs an inning as usual. Ive looked for the game online and couldnt find a thing but maybe u guys have heard about it or played it, and call it something else. so lemme know cuz its a great game for ppl of all ages.

Actually yes, my father taught me that game and said it was very popular street game in pittsburg in the 40'-50's. I think ur rules sound right, best i can recall. The game was usually played against some1's front steps, in city style bungalo's, was very common to have concrete steps leading up to house. And a raquetball or tennis ball work best. The offense player would throw the ball at the steps in front of him to go behind him. Of course, tehre were some pretty neat trick shots to get the ball to bend or go hard and low, etc.
