the chips are going to start new every month ?? if not mine are gone .. ? i'm back to 34 again ..

already sent enquiry to the gods of the site, lost over 300

and another thing........

why save the chips.....

if they are going to be....

taken from you?

mine disappeared too like to know what's up with that i posted in the feedback forum and asked this question, I thought it was only me who lost chips. No one has answered my post yet still waiting for answer anyone else got answer yet.
I would like to know also why do we have saved chips as a option when they just get taken. Looking forward to an answer to all this

Hey guys

It's 23h10 here in Estonia, so we're out of the office right now.

I can assure you that we'll look into this matter in approx 10 hours (once we get back to the office)

I'm almost certain that it was some sort of glitch or accident, and we'll look into the possibility of reverting the situation.

Trust me that this wasn't something we wanted. We love the chips system and love rewarding our users for using our site / services.

Again, I reassure you that we've noticed this, and will work on it tomorrow morning (Europe time)

An update script that was ran yesterday caused chips to be reset to 30 for all users. Due to this error we recalculated chips for all users today.

Announcement: Chip amounts recalculated
