Default How do I Open account with no money

Is there a way to open an online poker account with no money up front and they give you a bonus for signing up to start your first betting?

That is gnerally not the way it goes. Poker rooms want you to deposit money. Furthermore, with your credit details they can determine you are not a minor.

You will normally need to put down a deposit to begin with, and confirm that you are not a minor by passing your credit card details.

After this, there are hundreds of promotional offers on the Internet - with more expected after the recent events in the US. There will obviously be a number of conditions attached to these offers, to keep you online longer, and coming back for more, but they will vary from offer to offer.

Good luck..........

If you just want to get a feel for the game for free you can open a non-gaming account to learn how to play. I would suggest that you try out Free Poker - Free Texas Holdem at PokerStars they have a great site for those that are just starting out and wanting to learn.
