I have a question, as I'm relatively new to the computer & know very, very little, where do i do the search from ?

Another quick question which is the best free anti-virus scan system or is it worth investing in a pay anti-virus system

thanks

Bird, if you are running Windows, you should be able to click "Start" then you should see a place that says "Search files and folders" or something like that. If you click that it will offer you a search window. In the search box you can type in the above file name and then look below that and you should see a dropdown box that says "Look in:" and scroll down until you see "Local C:\" and select that drive to search for the file.

If you do have the file, it will pop up in your search results. If you use AVG, you can right click on the file name in the search results box and select "Scan file with AVG" and if it's clean, you should get a pop up window that says "No Threat Found"

Hope this helps...I've got a photographic memory so it's kinda hard for me to put what's in my mind into words sometimes LOL

Well if you use Bit Defender online scan tool you will be rid of it, and your file will be clean once again.

Best wishes.
