Default Wonderful News!

Carrie got home from work today and called me while I was at our friends' house to let me know that both the power and water are on now!!! I'm soooooo thankful and appreciative... especially since the power company quoted 10-14 days!!! So finally I'm back, and rearing to go. Four days without power and a full day without water... Man, I have a new respect for the pioneers of old...

Thanks for everyone's prayers...

Hugs and kisses to all!

Lady, sorry to hear that you were without power and water!

Since June, we have had our fair share of electrical storms and flooding here in New England.

Hooray! Great news. Isn't it funny how life seems harder in several ways without the basic things like electricity and running water?

Yeah, Fictive, I was actually fine without power (except for having to go somewhere to get a bite to eat), but when the water cut off I was like "oh hell no...I gotta be able to flush!!!"
