Default How did you come up with your poker screen name?

I have had a couple differnt names myself like splitster (omah Hi lo ) Usually splitting pots.
Waylay which is my play style to trap, ambush
Punk Buster self explanatory
then I wanted to be tricky a bit and came up with Krahsami which is a little puzzle. No not a japense sushi dish.
In over 4 years playing this name only 1 person has ever figured it out.

I can honestly say I have played over 500,000 real $ hands with ease (multi table most of the time). I don't think Im the best or a pro. I am not a fish though either.

But if you reverse my name
it becomes

Imashark

My first name was given to me by my friends, which is my screen name here...they used to pick on me for my southern accent and short stature so they called me Lil' Lady...well, then they wanted me to teach them how to play poker, so I did...but just the basics...anyway they kept getting frustrated at me b/c they didn't beat me, so then they started calling me Lil' Lady Poker Pro LOL Anyway it kinda stuck...so here it sticks LOL

I have a lot of other screen names, but most of them don't really have any real meaning to them...just tried to pick something nobody else had LOL But my name on Carbon was inspired by rakeback....that screen name is RakebackLady

phosphorescence was a chapter in one of my favourite books, The Beach
it's the word used for the glow that plankton exhibit when they're disturbed - means 'luminous'
i just like the word basically lol

Default Relative

for Vito, it is a long deceased relative who's family I credit with starting my passion about poker with the after holiday dinner penny poker games. Another user name I use is a combination of favored numbers spelled out in English (SixEleven).

I have written before about reading into player names. There is much information to be gained by analyzing each one. Many use names we can dig into for personal information. Some use job/hobby references. Others give birth year or age. Disect each name and pull what ever relevent info out of it. Player avatar (picture) can also be used to pull some personal info about the player. Gather all you can about a player and use it against them.

Thanks.

Later,

My username on most of my poker accounts is PointerJake. I have an english pointer hunting dog named Jake. I just got him when I made my first account so I went with that. I know its kind of lame, but it is funny how many people think that is my real name.

Default goal in poker

the goal is to build more money, hence BUILDMO
I build other things too, besides bankrolls.

I played against 'suckerbet' tonight and won, imagine that.

gamer4life27 - The gamer4life part is kind of self explanatory. When I was younger, I would play video games for hours upon end. And after a while, not just video games. Monopoly, Chess, Checkers, Chinese Marbles, Ro-Sham-Bo, Heads/Tails, Volleyball, Basketball, Baseball, Two Square, Four Square (bringing it back to the elementary games.:P), Cross Country, you name it, I was one of the best at it. I was always competitive at a very young age, and that drove me to want to win even more, and that gave me insentive to be the best, or one of the best at everything I did. I had that mentality since I was a young kid, and I will always have that mentality when I'm older, and so on and so forth. Thus, gamer for life (gamer4life). The 27 is significant because I was born on the 27th of September.

play4pizza - This has a little more heart into it, but less background to it. play4pizza is a representative of when I barley had any money for food, I would ask relatives for a little money, and pay them back at my paycheck. I would not do anything for food, but I would do whatever I could and was willing to do for it. I got the idea from the homeless guys who have cardboard signs that say: 'Will work for food', and such. So instead of the username 'work4food', I decided to put what I was good at, playing games (going back to the gamer4life27 username). And pizza is just one type of food that I love.

There you go, descriptions on my two usernames for poker.

Bty, that play4pizza time was recently, but I am slowly getting over that hill (thankfully).

Default John Henry

back in the 1980's there was a great horse named John Henry. He was supposedly ill bred and sold cheap..He became a champion and my bro and i won a lot of cash on him a couple times..

One time I bet against John Henry...it was a big race at The Meadowlands. JH was a HUGE prohibitive favorite and I just thought Id be a wise guy and play a mess of exactas, leaving John Henry out..I got lucky...JH did not fire that night ( a rare occurance) and the exacta paid almost 400$..GOD! that was more than 20 years ago...some things ya just dont forget.
