Default [video] Phil Hellmuth profile

Don't you just love his comment at 1:01 in to the video?

"My image as a player is 'poker brat'. I've been known to berate people sometimes when they beat me. You know I snap over the edge a little bit. And its something that I have worked on, and now I am starting to get a reputation as a gentleman of poker."

My least favorite player- he sucks. He is so full of himself it's laughable. I saw him bust out at the WSOP last year on the first day. He isn't as good as he thinks he is.

Default Balloon Head

Phil is a jerkoff and he has earned his keep on the felt by winning big time tournaments. But as a fellow player and human being he is one of those persons baseball bats and hockey sticks were made for.

The funniest most ironic thing about Phil is he is married to someone with a degree in Psychology. Go Figure.

He knows how to play tournament poker but has anyone noticed on high stakes poker, when Phil enters the room, the players get excited and start rubbing their hands together. Phil must give his tourney money and more back to the real sharks in the big money cash games.

Personally I enjoy watching him get beaten. It makes for good comedy and self satisfaction. If I ever get the pleasure of taking him out of a tourney I will not sit there quietly while he goes into his tirade, I will press every button I can to make him tilt even more, laughing the whole time.

Every sport and game has the heros, goats and jerks. Phil just happens to be the jerk.
