getting sucked out on the river definitely sucks but there is a purpose of the river card...I have watched many pros win or die by that card. its a part of poker and for myself I have had to learn to lay down a lot of hands even though I knew they were a good hand because of the odds that they had that one card that could beat me...

Well, you need the river card to play the game, so it is kind of necessary.

ive learned many things while playing online poker,

my limit poker rule to live by

if the river didnt improve you hand and you dont have the absolute nuts your going to lose the hand,

and in no limit, i just wish there wasnt a river
but theres nothing ya can do sometimes, everyone has been on both sides of the outcome, but i think im on the losing side about 80% of the time
